Brian Schaer
Brian is the founder of Schaer Consulting. Author of the book Time Management with SAP ERP HCM, he has extensive experience with all aspects of the SAP HCM system, including specializations in Payroll and Time Management. He has worked across industries, on international roll-outs, and across all parts of the system lifecycle, including six full implementations. Brian has experience with small and large consulting firms (Deloitte, E&Y) and has worked as an independent consultant since 2004.
Gina George
Gina focuses on change management for Schaer Consulting. She worked for nearly a decade at Deloitte Consulting and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and undergraduate degrees in Communication and Psychology. She has tackled a wide variety of business and people challenges at organizations across industries and in both the public and private sectors.
